Conference Location
The conference will be held at Embassy Suites by Hilton Los Angeles International Airport South, 1440 East Imperial Avenue, El Segundo, California, 90245.
Parking is only $20 per night and only $5 on Saturday for drive-in ASGA attendees (normally $45 per day).

Weather
In February, the average day-time highs are 60-70 degrees and the average evening temperatures range from as low as 50-60 degrees. Meeting rooms may be cool due to air conditioning. While weather is generally pleasant in November, we recommend you bring an umbrella, as showers can appear unexpectedly.
Airport
If it would take you more than eight hours to drive to this conference, ASGA recommends that you consider flying. Top save money, you could fly into Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). There are many more flight choices at LAX and ticket prices are cheaper.
There are other airports, including Santa Monica, Bob Hope, and Burbank, in the area and they may offer more convenient schedules and pricing.
Taxi
There are taxis available at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) but they are expensive and are not convenient. Los Angeles is a huge city and is very spread out. It is recommended that you get a rental car or van for sight-seeing.
Uber and Lyft

Both taxi-alternatives are convenient and easy to use. You’ll probably save money by using Uber or Lyft over a taxi.
Parking
There will be daily parking charges of $20 and only $5 on Saturday for drive-in attendees (normally $45 daily) at the conference hotel.
