All conference workshops, a free breakfast, and a free hot lunch are held on-site, so there’s no separate venue to find. Staying here also saves you money on your room, parking, and breakfast. Free airport shuttle: look for the Embassy Suites bus at the “pick-up” area on the second level of each airport gate; the ride usually takes 15–30 minutes. Parking: just $20/night, and only $5 on Saturday for drive-in attendees (normally $45/day).

60–70°F daytime, 50–60°F evenings

Meeting rooms may run cool from AC. Weather is generally pleasant, but bring an umbrella since showers can appear unexpectedly. Check the latest forecast.

Los Angeles is huge and spread out, so budget extra for parking if you head out sightseeing beyond the hotel.

✈️ Airport

Fly into Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)

LAX has many more flight choices and cheaper fares than the area’s other airports. Santa Monica, Bob Hope, and Burbank airports are also nearby and may offer more convenient schedules or pricing.

If your drive would take more than 8 hours, ASGA recommends flying. Your conference hotel offers a free shuttle from LAX, so there’s no need to arrange a taxi if flying in.

Los Angeles is huge and spread out, so plan accordingly: the hotel shuttle and rideshares are easiest for the airport, but consider a rental car or van for sightseeing.
